Here are some of the largest solar farms in Europe:

Villanueva Solar Power Plant, Spain: Located in the municipality of Villanueva de la Serena, this solar farm has a capacity of 828 megawatts (MW). It covers an area of 1,000 hectares and consists of over 2.4 million solar panels.

Núñez de Balboa Solar Park, Spain: Situated in Usagre, Badajoz, this solar farm has a capacity of 500 MW. It comprises approximately 1.4 million solar panels spread across an area of 1,000 hectares.

Cestas Solar Park, France: Located near Bordeaux, the Cestas Solar Park has a capacity of 300 MW. It covers an area of around 260 hectares and consists of about 1.1 million solar panels.

Mula Solar Park, Spain: Situated in the region of Murcia, the Mula Solar Park has a capacity of 500 MW. It spans an area of approximately 1,000 hectares and contains over 1.4 million solar panels.

Kamuthi Solar Power Project, India (but developed by a European company): While not located in Europe, this solar farm was developed by Adani Green Energy, a company based in India. The Kamuthi Solar Power Project has a capacity of 648 MW, making it one of the largest solar farms in the world. It covers an area of around 2,500 acres and consists of 2.5 million solar panels. Adani Green Energy is a subsidiary of the Adani Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate that also operates in Europe.
